Watching from a distance what is happening, that is what Jos likes to do best. With more than enough “mood makers” at IMtrade, the quiet Jos ensures a good balance within the company. His favourite activity is constant innovation, looking for ways to improve things and incorporating processes. Sometimes he can be a little too precise, but always with success. Perfection is impossible in this discipline, but Jos comes very close to it. When Jos is not innovating, he’s busy with football or he enjoys a beer. And he’s a proud father, to which he also likes to devote his attention.
