IMtrade is IMproving

We would like to draw your attention to something that we are proud to announce. Not only are we in the wastepaper business to help paper mills create something new from recyclable materials, as of today we have also upcycled our old website!

IMpress

We are from Groningen in the northern Netherlands. The people here are down to earth and modest. We like to get things done and that is one of the reasons why we have launched this new website, which we have designed to give you an optimal customer experience.

You may have noticed that the I and M on our logo are in capitals. That is so it can also be read as: ‘I am’. It means that we take responsibility and a personal approach towards our suppliers and customers. We are therefore interested in your opinion.

IMprove

Improving is a two-way street for us. On the one hand, we seek to improve our services for our suppliers and customers. Our new website is therefore in multiple languages and we have incorporated a range of new features that benefit the customer experience. We would like you to enjoy browsing our website and be able to find what you are looking for.
Furthermore, we would like you to know the face behind the name, so you know who you are speaking to. This personal touch is very important to us.

On the other hand, we would like to improve the planet. One of the main reasons we are in the recycling business is because we want to have a positive impact on the planet, in the interests of preservation for future generations.
